COURSE ACCESS
Participants registering for individual courses will have 90 days of access per course once added to Canvas and must successfully complete the course within that time to earn a Credly badge. Since the courses are self-paced, participants may finish sooner but will retain access for 90 days.
Participants registering for the full 4-course program through a single order will have one year of access to the program once added to Canvas and must successfully complete the program in that time to earn their badges and certificate. As the courses are self-paced, participants may finish earlier but will retain access for the full year.
COURSE DROP & REFUND POLICY
Once a participant has received access to the course, they are no longer permitted to drop the course and receive a refund.
Exemptions to the drop policy will only be reviewed for approval in documented exceptional circumstances.
UPDATING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to keep your primary residential and email addresses up to date so that Bisk can communicate with you. You understand and agree that if Bisk sends you an electronic communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications, Bisk will be deemed to have provided the communication to you.
Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add Bisk to your email address book so that you will be able to receive the communications we send to you.
You can update your primary residential and email address or street address at any time by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@bisk.com or call 1-800-280-9718. If your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Ccommunications sent to you by Bisk are returned, Bisk may deem your Account to be inactive, and you will not be able to transact any activity using your Bisk Account until we receive a valid, working primary email address from you.
